109	Tanya Duckworth	I used to Nanny for a single mother with 2 sets of female twins. The mother started dating a man and within the first 2 weeks the children had bruises. When I bathed the 3 year old, she had bruises on her groin consistent with sexual molestation, and a black eye! I witnessed this man beat the mother in front of me and the children one night, and when reported to DOCS and the police, all that happened was the police and DOCS came to talk to the mother who denied anything had ever happened. Not once did they ask to speak with me. The matter went uninvestigated even though a neighbor claims that the school had also reported the family to DOCS. After the week when DOCS came around, I went to their house the next week and they had moved. I will ALWAYS wonder what the fate of those children was, and I was appalled by the behaviour of DOCS. In light of recent incidents as well, I think it is way beyond time for this department to be investigated.

113	Jessica Tandy	My children now require ongoing counselling and intervention as a result of being removed from a stable, SAFE and loving home for a ten day risk assesment. After the departmetn decided there was no risk the children were returned home with psycological scars that will last their lifetime. As their mum i was traumatised and left in financial ruin. The department have offered me $500 for out of pocket expenses. What a JOKE!!!!!! They seem to think money will fix the damage.............. Its time something was done. Get appropriate people in these positions - they are after all making oir breaking families.

Despite not being a criminal, two powerful govt depts: QPF and DoCS through CORRUPTION have been happy to do the dirty work based on malicious/vindictive allegations that ripped my 20 y.o. (then 13) and now 5 y.o. away from me....In fact a great parent, in spite of bigotry and being thrown away like trash from a 'family' that sees themselves as superior species etc. My five y.o. has Aspergers and encopresis which a dept is in denial over because the truth would render their 'case' - our lives and the actual wellbeing of my child - baseless. Their denial refuses my traumatised and scarred girl appropriate treatment she desperately needs.

The justice dept is ineffective unless it serves them for their own purpose...... time to throw out all the governments and reinstate some honest competent people.....the governments actions equate to terrorism and nothing less, their staff are abusers, liars and murderers.

149	Christina Ly	DoCS took my son in Foster Care at 10months with false allegations. You tell them one thing and and they portray in on court papers into the worst possible ways. With no criminal convictions, stable home, steady income, family support, a very healthy and happy baby, no prior contact with DoCS ever how does the law let them make a decision to take my baby to state and let hime stay in Foster till 18yrs with only 4 contacts per years. I have complained about my sons care whilst in Foster e.g brusing, off milk, old smelly c lothes, dirty bottles, always appears unclean, yellowish pust from his ears and rashes especially nappy rash wish is severe looking. Even a death penalty couldnt compare to taking you baby. How do you live life like this. Life without your child(s) is nothing. I will fight to get back my son till the day I die, what about parents with low self esteem, underprivelidged or lack of support? They would seriously kill themselves! Has anyone thought about the parents, they take your kid and you have to be nice to the ones that took him. Australia is known for the land off opprtunity, rights, equality, freedom and multicurelism, dont let DoCS use their powers in such a dreadful way. Its destroying our children, parents and families. Familities should unite, help within and working within the family should be a priority option, try that fisrt before take them away.
150	Filippo	DoCS need to be dealt with, they can take a baby away with only allegations. The way they operate are disgusting, they are not professional and say what they want. They try and act like police and question about criminal allegations instead on focusing on what they beleive is the problem and working with you. They never once have addressed my son or even asked or discussed. I am so mad, what can one do to stop them destroying our kids and families. Your child is yours, when would you ever think someone could take that away from you, do something to me not my kid, his suffering.. Everytime we visit him, it feels like his in jail, supervised visit in a room each time. I feel like killing myself everyday since his gone. Its not fair..
