Tell Mayor Condon it is not acceptable to leave the position of Police Ombudsman unfilled, for any length of time. We believe the Office of Police Ombudsman was created out of public demand and feel the demand has not decreased. We do not agree with your arbitrary handling of this situation and as a community demand you keep the position of Police Ombudsman filled until another form of civilian oversight is in place.
