I am signing this document to express my concern about the Palm Beach State College development .I feel that the variances that the developers are requesting are excessive and extraordinary in nature and that, will result in a profound and extremely undesirable change in the unique character of our community and the Town Of Loxahatchee Groves.

The project will eventually support the extension of commercial activities deep into the heart of one of the oldest and most beautiful rural communities in Palm Beach County, destroying the remarkable character of historic Loxahatchee Groves.

Ultimately, the sheer size and scope of the proposed College and commercial project threatens to undermine the very character of our unique Town and exchange a feeling of small town life for one of large scale urban development.
