Dear Honorable Judge Story, My name is Dannetia Marchelle Orgeron born Dannetia Marchelle Powell on 11/22/1967, to Lonnie Junior Powell and Delores Ann Henshaw. I am requesting mine and my 2 brothers Michael Floyd Burke, born Michael Floyd Powell on 9/4/1965 to Lonnie Junior Powell and Delores Ann Henshaw, and Mark Alan Burke, born Mark Alan Powell on 9/16/1969 to Lonnie Junior Powell and Delores Ann Henshaw, adoption records be unsealed for medical purposes. In order to get any medical history, medical records or information we have to prove that we are his natural born children. I contacted Arkansas Vital Records and was told we needed the adoption records unsealed before we could obtain our orignal birth records. My brother Mark was diagnosed with Hereditary Hemochromatosis, which is the abnormal accumulation of iron in parenchymal organs, leading to organ toxicity. My grandmother Loretta"Dolly" Harrison spent 5 years in The Booneville Tuberculosis Center also know as The Arkansas State Tuberculosis Sanatorium. Her brother, Roy Harrison spent 7 years there as well. There is a history of Colon Cancer and other cancers, Heart Diease and Liver Diease on my biological father Lonnie Junior Powell side of the family. My mother Delores Ann Henshaw was married James Chester Burke and we were adopted by him in 1976. (in St.Francis County) Our biological father, Lonnie Junior Powell, DOB August 4,1945 died August 16, 2010 from colon cancer, heart diease and a liver diease.
