This is a letter to petition the court for the split of common property. Specifically I am requesting the common property of emails, letters and photo albums. The purpose of the petition of this specific property is to treat my illness of BiPolar Disorder. Mrs. Lewis, my wife, will not provide me with above captioned property. It is essential in my treatment to receive said property to be able to ascertain the past in order to understand what triggers my illness and to investigate my state of being during such time. The photo albums are necessary for me to have something to refer to, to while in a deep depression brought on by my illness.
