This is to petition the Multi State Lottery Association to re-structure the Power Ball and Mega Millions jackpots payouts. I'm happy for the "few" people who do win big. But it's like taking a truckload of food into a country full starving people, and then giving all that food to one person...and the rest have to starve? How fair is that??? The Multi State Lottery Association needs to restructure the way that the Power Ball and Mega Millions lotteries pay out. Instead of one person getting $300 million dollars, why not divide $300 million amongst 300 hundred lottery players? Equally across all states that the lotteries are played in, so that you have an equal number of winners in each state! Think about how much good this would do for the economy! It would be creating thousands of millionaires per year, instead of just 5 or 10 people.
