We the undersiged demand and petition that the Lake Terrace Condominium Board of Directors/Managers be dissolved, and that an interum director[s] under the direction of Rudolph Wiilliamson be appointed until such time that the Homeowners have opportunity to select a new board. Current and former board presidents, as well as current board members are disqualified from participating in any new board election. The reasons for this petition/resolution are as follows: 1. Termination of valet parking without a viable parking alternative; 2. Indifference to homeowners; 3. Poor leadership; 4. Creating a major parking shortage for association residents; 5. Parking space hording by board members and residents; 6. Implimenting rules and regulations which benifits the board; 7. Creating a market climate making Lake Terrace property virtually unsellable; 8. Retricting engress and egress to common area's of the property. 9. Creating a paperwork non-compliance charade - as a pretext to exclude homeowners from parking in their normally assigned parking space. 10, Excluding seniors with medical challenges from parking in their traditionally assigned space.
