We, the Cast Members of the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA are not pleased with the announcement of the Cast Holiday Party being subjected to only being mix-ins. While we understand the focus of our business at the Resort is our guests, the company should not forget the people that make that dream vacation become a reality. We're on the front lines working hard to make sure our guests have the most awesome time to make sure they can take home a lifetime of memories. Yet slowly but surely, the company has made working a lot less rewarding. We remember a time with Cast Blast, free meals on New Years Eve, and just a greater respect for those of us out there serving our guests needs day in and day out. Changes come easy when all you do is see the black and white typed out on a sheet of paper. Please look beyond the ink and take a look at the people that are making Walt's dream a reality. Our guests are very important but without us, who would be serving those guests? Take some time to reconsider this mix-in only option and reward our cast too with a day or two that we can enjoy what the resort has to offer.
