Name: Jane Carnall on Jul 7, 2008Comments: I'm truly appalled both at the prejudice displayed by the official stewards and the police, and also at the evident lack of training by the Met and - unforgiveably - by London Pride.Flag

Name: Ailsa Spindler on Jul 7, 2008Comments: The perpetrators of this discrimination should be prosecuted - and I include the police officer in that. The prosecution service can always find a 'charge' which applies in cases such as terrorism; let's ask them to look at what laws were broken here, and take proper action to prevent a recurrence.Flag

Name: Natacha on Jul 7, 2008Comments: The people who should be hauled over the coals over this are Westminster Council, they were employing the staff and they failed to give them proper diversity training. The pride committee have reacted just as they should to this incident and I am sure they will do all they can to make sure it doesn't happen again.Flag

Name: Jenny Mason on Jul 7, 2008Comments: As someone aged 55, who has witnessed all of the positive changes that have happened in our society in the past half century, and who has lived socially as the person I was born for over two decades now, to a point where I have forgotten anything that ever went before; I find this action beyond belief. It is like stepping into time machine, back to the early 1950's. I have thought of attending an annual 'Pride' event several times, but never done it. As a result of this report, now, I never will. Why has 'Pride' - supposed to be that unique annual event that celebrates our difference - now declared itself as the most bigoted event in EnglandFlag
