THUMMALAPALLY PROPERTIES INC which owns 5901 Johnson Street, Hollywood, Florida have applied for Waiver, Special Exception, Variances, Design and Site Plan approval for an approximate 6,800 sq. ft. liquor store. with the city's Planning and Development board. Mr Reddy who currently owns 7 liquor stores in South Florida have a proven record as a good business man who also contribute lot more to the communities where he owns his businesses. We welcome a crucial investment of almost $2 million dollars for this project which will bring additional tax revenues for this cash strapped city and not to mention employment mush needed for this community.We want to express our complete support for this project and we urge City's Planning and development board to make a decision in support of this project.
