.-هيج زن ايراني نبايد به صرف ازدواج با مردي افغاني ، تابعيت ايراني خود را از دست بدهد
- هيچ زن ايراني، نبايد به دليل ازدواج با مرد افغاني مجبور به انتخاب بين رانده شدن از کشور خود يا طلاق و از دست دادن خانواده اش شود.
- در جايي که مطابق قانون بچه اي که از پدر و مادر نامعلو در خاک ايران به دنيا بيايد، ايراني محسوب مي شود، فرزندان زنان ايراني که در ايران به دنيا آمده اند نيز بايد حق کسب تابعيت ايران را داشته باشند.
-شوهران افغان زنان ايراني بايد حق اقامت در ايران را به واسطه همسر ايراني خود به دست بياورند. |
