Disband the Glenchester Homeowners Association

In the constitution we are given "free speech". In the Glenchester Subdivision, we are "required" to ask permission from a group of five pre-selected individuals to make improvements on our property, to make a purchase and we are required to pay a fee for what? There are no flowers in the so called "flower beds" at the entrance. There is trash along the fence on Rome Hilliard Road. The grass is growing around the fence where it is not being cut. The homeowners who live along Rome Hilliard Road can be responsible to cut and trim along their own property. The homeowner assocation wants your money every year but what are we getting out of it? Let's stop paying these five individuals to run our lives and take control ourselves. Let's disband the Assocation!
