What started as Disability Mom blog in April is now becoming the Children's Disability Rights Education Association.
Over the past twenty years, our nation's children with special educational and health care needs have been granted civil rights to medical as well as educational care, along with the civil right to live at home with their families and in their communities.
We were founded to make sure that parents and family caregivers understand these civil rights that all our children, regardless of age, have to medical care, and how to achieve them.
