My civil service retirement is based on military time of 5years, which is medical retirement and can not be combined, I therefore receive a reduced retirement about 40% of normal retirement, and of course reduced social security payments, No amount of requests have been responded by IRS, they just levy my retirement accounts and further make demands and late fees and penalties, this has been continuous since 2009. I have had no recourse, but to pay more than the original amounts.
