I am seeking your Your support in petitioning our Supervisor Mr.Kevin Jefferies of The County Of Riverside, to come up with a plan to accomplish just this. There are other cities that have implemented successful plans Of course these plans require your participation in terms of money and support Of which will be spelled out in detail prior to approving such a plan.
