Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio + 20, Sha Zukang. Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban-Kin-Moon. Representatives of the Member States of the United Nations. Dear Sirs, It's unfortunate withdrawal of human rights issues on the agenda of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, Rio +20, which occur between 20 and 22 June in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Firstly, it seems to me a distortion of the whole context that will be discussed during the plenary of the greatest World Summit Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio + 20, based on two main themes: â€¢ The green economy in the context of sustainable development and poverty eradication, and â€¢ The institutional framework for sustainable development. Knowing that Brazil and throughout our society, is continually being outraged by the exercise illegal and corrupt elected officials randomly, sporting groups and personal financial interests, where they are unaware of human rights as the foundation of all principles celebrate an inclusive, fair, ethical, and healthy, which implies a distortion of the relevance of human rights on the national scene, which faces throughout our society, with an exhibition embarrassing and shameful in the eyes of the entire planet. Considering all this, I do respectfully spokesman for all of Brazil and Brazilians, who concentrated their trust and appreciation to the United Nations, which align with the premise of the fundamental principles of human rights, fundamental freedoms and duties, with which the UN bases all its actions and programs, which is incomprehensible, in our view, the absence of the human rights issue, during most of the United Nations World Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio + 20, organized by the UN , the defender of the most legitimate of all peoples and nations of the world, which includes the premise of a new civilization model supported by the universal principles of human rights, for objectives to be met by member countries. Knowing that this principle underlies all actions of the UN, and governing the protection of fundamental freedoms and duties, and on behalf of these principles that are essential, and because of the exhibitions that we have suffered, and yet, because we understand the importance of this moment, the absence of the human rights issue during the Conference of the World Summit on Sustainable Development would be a strengthening of these inhibitory currents of the dignity and integrity of Brazilian society, which could contribute to a scenario of gloom society that includes justice and ethics in its procedures, and a likely exclusion of these values â€‹â€‹to the new scenarios and future generations. There is much, much of Brazilian society is relying on the fundamental principles of human rights, and contrary to the grotesque political and social training still exercise some political spaces, which became a very unacceptable to most of our society in Brazil . This young nation, the press service of larger goals, which we glimpse new horizons, and the effective participation of our society with the political decisions. With this vision we are comforted with the emergence of a great leader of this scenario, an example to all who care for the healthy comfort of a just society, which has long been implementing a superior concept and ethical focused on the needs of a new policy, I'm talking Marina Silva. What has worked tirelessly, day and night and forming opinions from the young, the daring to change, and transforming a society alien to politicians, effective members of a society that struggles to be honored in citizenship. Marina Silva is one of the greatest exponents of the new political context by the United Nations, with an undeniable ability to exercise ethical, peaceful, national and global public policy. She has been performing with deep knowledge and transparency, ethical commitments that require an effective awareness of global and national issues, so unblemished and courageous, which characterizes it as a great leader, an example to all, both on the national scene, and internationally. A Brazil, Marina Silva, a member of the Committee Promoter of the Millennium Goals of the United Nations, among others. This motivation, coupled with the urgent desire to see an emerging new scenario in Brazil, which reinforces the high trust in the Lord Sha Zukang, the Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio + 20, where the principles of Human Rights fundamental principles are among the themes of Rio +20. This position in addition to increasing our confidence rises also our gratitude to the United Nations, and further our appreciation and support for the Secretary-General Ban Kin-Moon, for the services rendered to the United Nations and member countries. Comments: Mensagem ao Dep Assis Melo (PCdoB-RS) e integrantes do Grupo de Trabalho CÃ¢mara NegociaÃ§Ã£o Desenvolvimento EconÃ´mico e Social e ComissÃ£o de Trabalho, de AdministraÃ§Ã£o e ServiÃ§o PÃºblico, ExcelentÃssimo deputado Assis Melo (PCdoB â€“RS) Quero manifestar ao nobre deputado Assis Melo , agradecimentos pela exposiÃ§Ã£o realizada na AudiÃªncia PÃºblica, promovida pelo Grupo de Trabalho CÃ¢mara NegociaÃ§Ã£o Desenvolvimento EconÃ´mico e Social e pela ComissÃ£o de Trabalho, de AdministraÃ§Ã£o e ServiÃ§o PÃºblico, no dia 27/03/2012, denunciando, mais uma vez, o maldito fator previdenciÃ¡rio, confisco imposto covardemente aos trabalhadores do RGPS. E agora deputado Assis Melo? Vamos fazer o que depois dessa AudiÃªncia ? Ã‰ claro, deputado, que nÃ£o estamos falando da revoluÃ§Ã£o socialista. Estamos falando de uma brutal injustiÃ§a social, de um horroroso confisco sem precedentes na histÃ³ria da previdÃªncia social , do tratamento desigual entre brasileiros, de direitos humanos e do desrespeito a CF.... pontos que todos nÃ³s jÃ¡ cansamos de falar. Agora pensando, pergunto a V.Exa: Que governo e esse â€“ formado por ex-militantes de esquerda - que nÃ£o consegue resolver o dito. A afirmaÃ§Ã£o de que o Brasil deixou a tortura para traz , nÃ£o Ã© verdade.. A tortura existe e estÃ¡ mantida sim pelo governo, com anuÃªncia de ex-militantes de esquerda, que hoje, mesmo ocupando posiÃ§Ãµes importantes na estrutura de governo, se mantÃ©m insensÃveis, omissos â€“ salvo as conhecidas exceÃ§Ãµes â€“ submetendo, direta ou indiretamente, milhares de trabalhadores com mais de 60 anos, a condiÃ§Ãµes mais que desumanas, para garantir a sobrevivÃªncia. Ã‰ deputado, os tempos sÃ£o outros. Assim como os militantes do Araguaia, muitos trabalhadores estÃ£o morrendo nas bancadas, nos trabalhos temporÃ¡rios, por acreditar que a soluÃ§Ã£o ainda virÃ¡ em tempo de poder desfrutar de um mÃnimo de sossego, de Vida. A mÃ£o direita de FHC acionou o confisco, com a mesma mÃ£o direita, Lula o manteve com o Veto. A mÃ£o esquerda da presidente Dilma Roussef, guiada pela sua coerÃªncia ideolÃ³gica, tem o dever, a responsabilidade, inclusive ideolÃ³gica, de colocar um fim nesse maldito redutor, sustentÃ¡culo da tortura imposta aos trabalhadores do RGPS. Penso que nÃ£o devemos mais voltar a nos reunir com o ministro Garibaldi Alves ou com ministro Gilberto Carvalho, da Sec.PresidÃªncia. As conclusÃµes tiradas nesta AudiÃªncia e nas inÃºmeras reuniÃµes realizadas com esses ministros, sÃ£o as mesmas de sempre, mudando sÃ³ a foto com os participantes. Temos pressa, a vida fica menor, se esvai para os trabalhadores do RGPS a cada dia, a cada minuto. Na minha humilde compreensÃ£o sobre o processo polÃtico, penso que precisamos fazer agora, Ã© sensibilizar a presidente Dilma, para a necessidade de apreciaÃ§Ã£o da matÃ©ria, exigindo que o rito parlamentar seja cumprido, fazendo com que o dep. Marco Maia, presidente da CÃ¢mara, cumpra com as obrigaÃ§Ãµes regimentais, respeitando as inÃºmeras solicitaÃ§Ãµes apresentadas por parlamentares de todos os Partidos e trabalhadores brasileiros. SÃ³ nos trÃªs primeiros meses do ano, mais cinco requerimentos ( Dep. Arnaldo Faria SÃ¡ PTB-SP, Deputado Amauri Teixeira (PT-BA) Deputado Laercio Oliveira (PR-SE), Deputada Aline CorrÃªa (PP-SP), MendonÃ§a Prado (DEM-SE) se juntaram a tantos outros, solicitando a inclusÃ£o da matÃ©ria na Ordem do Dia. Do PlenÃ¡rio Ã‰ isso! Somente isso dep Assis Melo ! Se os delinqÃ¼entes tem o direito de serem julgados, conhecendo o veredicto da aÃ§Ã£o pelo qual respondem, qual o motivo da protelaÃ§Ã£o da apreciaÃ§Ã£o, da votaÃ§Ã£o, e da decisÃ£o sobre o fim desse amaldiÃ§oado fator previdenciÃ¡rio e demais Pls previdenciÃ¡rios como o 4434/08 e o 01/07. Por derradeiro, nÃ£o seria oportuno dep.
