Any change to working conditions including uniforms needs to be negotiated and voted upon. Please provide your electronic signature if you "Vote No" to the Professional Apparel Committee's research and private agenda. As stated in the email from Dignity Administration "Our labor partners are aware of the change and we are meeting, where requested, to bargain over the impact on employees." The Union was not made aware of this change!
