Recently, the chairs were replaced within the Lexingon Center. We demand that these chairs be replaced due to the following complaints: 1. They are not comfortable at all, especially after 5-6 hours of sitting. 2. They do not offer the proper upper back support thus causing it to be even more uncomfortable. 3. The arm rest are not very flexible thus causing it to be harder for a bigger sized person to fit. As these chairs are uncomfortable and do not provide the proper support we request replacement chair.
