According to the follow: "§61-8-3. Adultery and fornication; penalty. If any person commit adultery or fornication, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than twenty dollars.", Adultery is Illegal. It is my belief that the law needs to be updated and fully enforced. Its time Adulterer's know that they will be held responsible for their actions.

Adultery destroys marriages, erodes family values and instills in children a sense that vows/promises do not matter in regards to selfish desires.
