   Comments: I bought the game several months ago and couldn't play it..seems I have too low "virtual memory" I uninstalled a lot of other games that we never played and tried again. same message. I took the game back to the store. I couldn't get my money back but instead got a different game that actually plays.

   Comments: I am so frustrated with this game. I have tried to return the game, but of sourse they would not take it back. I, like many others are able to play other games (Sims 2) on their computers. This should not have to be so difficult!!!!!

   Comments: My dad had to come over and install some new graphics card which took him FOREVER to load (7 and a half days) then it finally worked and now i finished it and it is VERY short i just feal that it should be longer than it is.

   Comments: This game won't work at all on my 2 newest PCs and is painfully slow on the one where I can get it to "work". On that one, the graphics of the characters are awful and difficult to recognize. It looks like they are all wearing a sort of geometric wallpaper, not the outfits they actually are wearing. This is terrible! And by the way, I've been in the technology field for 26 years and it's not that I don't know what I'm doing!

    Comments: I am very frustrated and disappointed by this game. I can't even install it when I can install almost any other game, so it's not my computer. Buena Vista needs to do something to fix it or get my money back since i can't return it!

    Comments: Even with the bypass of the incorrect video acceleration failure, the game won't run. After the screen with the woman and apple it returns to windows. What a lemon.

    Comments: 2 computers, one old and one new. Not prepared to fiddle about with either for this game. Very annoyed, spent best part of my sunday off trying to fix this. What a waste of time, effort and most importantly my money and judging by the amount of forums around on it, other peoples too.
