Name: Jeffrey Jackson on Jun 24, 2008Comments: This really needs to be done--good job brother..and u need to look into the fact of fathers who pay child support and are denied time spent with there kids by the other parent...This system is built upon destroying the father and putting all the financial burden on him--while letting the mother lay back and have no financiall responsibility. Also leeting the mom be the judge of whether the father sees the child or not...Flag

Name: Chris Escalante on Jul 16, 2008Comments: The current child support laws are biased and unconstitutional. They can sue a non-custodial parent for back child support without a contract, however, the non-custodial parent cannot sue for back visitation because there is no contract in place. They empower the custodial parent and destroy the ambition of the non-custodial parent. Why would the non-custodial parent want to advance themselves in school, take years off there lives from the stress of getting an advanced degree, so there ex-spouse can take another vacation. The rate must be on a logarithm scale, because our children do not need 20% of up to $6000/month to live on. They must live on a budget, otherwise, the non-custodial parent will not be able to save a penny for their child college education. This country needs Child Support Reform and our public servents must be forced to listen!!Flag

Please lets hook up so you can let me know how I can assist your cause and I have a bunch of ways we can bring this enlightenment to the forefront and hopefully shift the paradigm. Peace DFMJFlag

Name: Robin Rounds on Aug 14, 2008Comments: I agree totally. I was a father caught up in this system until my children's mother abandoned our children. I was forced to be an absentee father until one day my ex dropped my children off at my house, permanently and moved 2000 miles away!Flag

Name: Ifama Uchefuna on Aug 15, 2008Comments: I think that all parents have a right and responsibility to have access and support their children. Support is financial, emotional and spiritual. Fathers for the most part are the most denied because paternity is always in question and this needs to be rectified and women who use their children as pawns should be brought to task. Women and Men who purposefully neglect their children should also be FORCED to be accountable to them financially. However, I don't t hi nk that they should be made to visit or spend time with their children if it is not in their hearts to do so. But they must be made to PAY for their care.Flag

I want nothing to do with it. We are always criticising other countries for eliminating freedoms and we have already become like them. Shame on ALL of us for not standing up and fighting this take over by the rightwingers.Flag
