On July of 1984, Patricia Ann Vasquez was murder by Mario Javier Ayala. Vasquez and Ayala had a daughter just three months before her murder and it is understood that Ayala murdered Vasquez because his desire was not to pay for child support and murdered Vasquez believing he would get out of paying for his daughter’s needs. Thankfully he was caught for his malice behavior and is currently serving time for this crime in Huntsville, Texas. Later, Ayala confessed to the vicious crime. Ayala has recently asked for an appraisal of his sentence and is asking for parole. This petition is for Ayala to serve life, which is the term he received to begin with. Ayala is a danger to society because it is believed he will be going after his daughter, Veronica Sanchez, and her three young children if he is released. Ayala has previously asked for parole and was rejected because of past letters and petitions the family has done. Please accept these online signatures in keeping Mario Javier Ayala in the prison for life.
