This letter is to contest the ruling of temporary Administratix for the Estate of Bernice McDonald. Azlee Baker has been less that honest with her siblings. Azlee has entered into an agreement to sell the home of my parents with out discussing it with the rest of the family. And if it was not for the notification sent to me by the Law Office of Keathley and Keathley, the acquisition would have been final, and all proceeds would have been kept a secret from the rest of Azlee's siblings. Azlee has rented out our family home, sold it, and hired an attorney to make it all legal with out notifying all of sisters and brothers. Azlee would not be a good sole representative of the Estate of our mother, Bernice C. McDonald, due to her fraudulent activities since the passing of our mother. I am petitioning the court to to keep the whole family as the Administratrix of the Estate of Bernice McDonald, and allow the family to deligate someone whom would work to keep the family in mind and not their own personal agendas.
