The proposed change in zoning to allow a multi-family residence will have the following negative impacts on community: Increased burden on schools with additional students, Increased burden on emergency services with a large volume population in a small area, Increased burdeon on private and public roads with additional traffic and no safe way to enter/exit Willowbrook Ln with a left hand turn and little to no immediate increase in funding for services. It may also cause a depression in property values, potential for increased crime as Pleasant View currently has no "Good Landlord" program and would get Ogden's denied residents. We the residents of Pleasant View request that the City Council deny this request.
