DENMARK VIOLATES THE HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE UN´S CHILD CONVENTION<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

HELP US SO IT CAN BE STOPPED NOW

In Denmark alone, there are committed violations on the 2 conventions about 287 times daily or about 2019 times a week. How would the actual number look like if we had taken every single violation with the single articles in them? The number would be many times higher.

We are therefore asking people in Denmark and other countries to help us with their signatures, so that we can make the government and the responsible ministers’ wake up, on the whole children and teenager area.

We will give all of the signatures to the ombudsman and the ministers who have these arrears in there ministry.

We are a large group of parents who have chosen to inform the public on Denmark’s many fatal violations on the Human Rights Convention and the UN´s Child Convention in the placements cases of children and teenagers in Denmark

Some of us parents do not have an ongoing case but a great knowledge to the violations that are happening in these cases, because we have daily contact with and help parents whom are exposed to the systems power abuse and violations of the law.

Parents and relatives in these cases have tried to make the responsible ministers on the area aware of this numerous times, without luck. Many initiatives have been tried to awaken the ministers’ attention on this lawlessness and the violations on the conventions that are happening daily in the Danish city councils. This applies both the current and the former ministers, who have been and are the top responsible on the area.

We the parents and relatives in Denmark to children and teenagers in placement cases, can and will no longer stand by and watch wile this continues without any action from any agencies, witch is way we have chosen to go to the public, in the hopes that someone will react and will support us, so the Danish children and parents can get help and get our government to abide the conventions and our existing laws. The parents, the children and the teenagers have not gotten and cannot in these cases get a fair trial.

Children and teenagers who are being abused or being psychological or physical attacked during a placement have no opportunity to get a real compensation. For the few that gets it, it is so minimal that the child or teenager feels feather abused.

Parents who gets their children taken from them, often on false statements and often false diagnoses from a public agency, has no possibility to file for compensation, get a fair trial or prove their innocence. In these many placements of children and teenagers, by the city councils, the parents are set aside, ignored, threatened and harassed. The children are being held hostage against the parents, especially if the parents are objecting or make reports about things like abuse. It is not taken seriously in any other way then that the parents are punished further in the contact to their children or teenagers. There is in these cases, no counselor responsibility for the caseworkers and other employees in the public domain who violates the conventions and the existing laws. The parents, the children and the teenagers are deliberately alienated to each other as long as a placement last. Many teenagers stand by the age of 18 years without any contact to family and/or siblings and without help from the government because a possible guidance is not a part of the placement. Hereafter the city councils surrender the teenagers to them self, despite there in many of these placements have been put serious diagnostics on the child or teenager who do not get the potential treatment they need before the age of 18 years in the public’s domain.

The responsible ministers states to the press over and over again ONLY that the parents are not good enough, can’t take care of their children and teenagers and that it often only is the parents who can abuse or exercise psychic or physical violins. There are being held a hand over the public employers, caseworkers, the foster homes and the institutions. If there is abuse in these places it is silenced. We know that even the press is tried threatened to silence and that there is no consequences not even a raised finger to the involved in the public domain. If this happens at the biological family, the children are removed and in some cases, it can take years before the case comes before any kind of court of law. Several cases have proven not to be truthfully.

We hope that the European human Rights Court read this and can see that it is necessary to state the claim on the violations on the following articles in the Human Rights Convention and the UN Child Convention.

Human Rights Convention: Articles 6 – 7 – 8 – 10 – 13 – 17 and 18.

UN Child Convention: Article 1 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 9 – 16 – 18 – 19 – 23 – 24 – 25 – 26 – 27 – 28 – 29 – 34 – 36 – 39 and 41.

We can document every violation on the before mentioned articles. And document that several ministers have been made aware of them.

In addition, we can prove the violations that have been and are made in these cases according to the conventions.

WE ARE HOPING THAT YOU WILL SUPPORT US WITH A SIGNATURE, SO WE CAN GET OUR GOVRNMENT TO WAKE UP NOW AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT SO THE CITY COUNCILS AND THERE EMPLOYESS WILL BE FORCED TO ABBEY THE CONVENTIONS AND OUR EXCISTING LAWS.
