Over the last 5 years De Montfort University, Leicester, has slipped down the University League Tables with punishing effects on it's past and present students. Today it is ranked 85 out of 116 overall and 103 out of 116 for career prospects (The Times,2012).

As fees at De Montfort have increased during the same period of time, it is felt that De Montfort has a duty of care to provide better facilities (educational and sporting), career prospects, better links to employers and most importantly, should behold ambitions to be ranked in the top 40 UK universities.

Please sign this petition if you feel De Montfort should be doing better as a university and brand name. After all, its your education, your money and your future prospects which are being taken away.
