Safety alarms on the vans should be mandated, for the reason that if the driver does not check the van the alarm will go off & this alarm everyone that this van hasn't been checked. If the alarm is manually shut of by the driver without checking, the computer will record the date & time so if a incident happens it can be pulled & investigated.
