The Constitution specifically gives the House of Representatives the job of creating a budget every year. They have not done so in quite some time. Either through incompetence or bu design they are in violation of their oath of office. After all it is the only job given specifically to the members of the house. If they can not or will not pass a budget, then i as a employer can not and will not pay them. Either they resign or we dissolve the House and hire new people. Tell the House to either do the job we hired them to do or get out of town.
