A vacant and abandoned property, in the up and coming Cedar Park area, represents decline and neglect. The house's bad conditions and dangerous structure will contribute to the neighborhood instability, diminish public safety (nuisance), and devaluate neighborhood properties and quality of life.

I’m asking for your help with immediate action/signature in order to:

1. Maintain a positive environment for our community,

2. Secure the abandoned property and eventually demolish it.
