We must demand that President Barack Obama take unilateral measures to raise the debt ceiling, if we do not want another 2011 Republican-bated, world resounding, embarrassing United States' debt-ceiling financial crisis. That 2011 Republican-fed financial debacle led to the credit-rating agency Standard & Poor, for the first time in this Great Country’s history, to downgrade the credit rating of the United States Government Bond. Consequently, markets around the world, as well as the three major indexes in the United States, experienced their most volatile week since the 2008 financial crisis--another Republican-fed debacle.
