We the people demand that budget cuts begin with the senate and house of representatives. That the number of representatives be reduced to 1 of each to represent each state. That staff of each representaive be cut to just 5 per representative. That all government employees pay their fair share toward their benefit programs or no less than 25% contribution toward the cost, just as every other employee of any other company do. That no longer will retirement benefits be paid unless the represntative be "vested" for a minimum of 8 years and those benefits shall not be paid until the representative reaches "retirement" age as set forth by our representatives regarding social security. That all "allowances" for health & fitness, clothing and dining and travel ( unless on true "government" business ) be completely removed! That these representatives be held responsible for their duties and that their duties be resolved in an expediant manner, and if this does not happen, that they work toward a resolution, "without pay" until such matters are resolved!
