Today its me, tomorrow it will be you! Imagine the day you need the Kenyan Embassy services, so you call or email the office in D.C. Will you expect someone to answer the phone or call you back at least after 48 hours? Will you expect someone to return your email? And when they pick up the phone, will you expect courtesy or will you be ok with someone talking to you as though you are a child?
