DEMAND FOR A MEETING BY NSP MEMBERSHIP

I declare as follows: 
I am a member in good standing of the National Ski Patrol (the “NSP”).

Colorado Revised Statutes § 7-127-102 provides that members representing at least ten percent of the membership may demand a special meeting of the members.

Colorado Revised Statutes § 7-128-108 provides that a director elected by the voting members may be removed by the voting members only at a meeting called for the purpose of removing that director and that the meeting notice shall state that the purpose, or one of the purposes, of the meeting is removal of the director.

I demand that a date be fixed for a special meeting of the voting members of the NSP, that notice be given to each member of the NSP entitled to vote at such meeting in a manner consistent with its bylaws, and that such notice specify that one of the purposes of such meeting is the removal of the following 5 individuals from the board of directors of the NSP:

1. Frank G. F Davis  2. Gary W. Deaver  3. Edward C. Gassman  4. Wallace B. Shank  
5. Larry Stone
