La Fitness' all over the country along with many other national gym franchises have a variety of reports of theft from lockers which in turn has led to every locker containing a notice that indicates that you not leave any valuables in your locker as the company is not responsible for thefts that may occur. The lockers that are utilized by LA Fitness are made of a low grade wood particle that can easily be ripped off of the hinges or tampered with in a variety of other ways. This petition is demanding that LA Fitness do more to protect its customers by providing a higher quality grade of locker which is designed to better deter theft and make the potential of it occurring much less likely or possible.
