At least three people have been hit by cars crossing the High/Rosedale Intersection from 2013-2014. There have been several more accidents that have almost occurred due to the ambiguous traffic lights and reckless, careless drivers of the intersection. This intersection must be redesigned by street engineers to ensure the safety of West Chester University students and pedestrians.
