Dell has screwed over the wrong customer. I send it my M17x R4 Alienwars laptop and they refuse to repair it, even though there are only a few things wrong with it. Dell said they would send me a new laptop. They stated 3 times they would send me the SAME model I had before. Dell even sent me an email approving the request. Now they are denying me of that as well. They want to send me a newer laptop which is a downgrade from what I had before. My old laptop's CPU ran at 3.5 GHz and the new one runs at 2.5 GHz. The features I had on my old laptop are not on the new laptop, a downgrade. Its been 3 weeks and I have yet to get a resolution. We need to make a stand against Dell. Who's with me?
