Cafe Deli-icious, a highly successful business located at 413 River Street in Troy, NY makes some of the tastiest and affordable food (breakfast, lunch, sweets) in the area. Hard working and extremely friendly, they make for a most enticing environment. We want them to have instant access to 1000+ people in the Hedley Building, located at 433 River Street, and relocate to the cafe space on the first floor of said building. Current occupants in the Hedley Building cafe area? Not so friendly, bland and not very tasty food, and the prices are absurdly exorbitant. Their lease at the Hedley cafe may be up for them in early 2011.  This petition is to have a welcoming and desirable cafe in that space!!!
