In order to protect the medical rights of all citizens in Delaware, I am signing this petition to change the laws that criminalize medical marijuana patients.
By signing this petition, I am recognizing that it is the inherent and natural right of an individual to choose and use the medication best suited to alleviate the symptoms of their medical conditions. I believe that no medications, even herbal medicines, should be prohibited by politicians or bureaucrats. I am signing this petition to join the Delaware Movement for Medical Liberty, organized by the Libertarian Party of Delaware, in demanding that our state legislators change laws that criminalize the sick and dying.
