Dejuan Donaldson, son of Charise Donaldson, has been wrongfully convicted of crimes that he did not commit in the state of Arizona. Prior to Dejuan's arrest, he was harassed by the South Phoenix police department many times for no reason at all. (The same Police department that has been under investigation for many illegal arrests) he was never picked out of a line-up, he did not fit the description of the attack,the victims said that Dejuan was not the person who attacked him.The detectives and my attorney's time line does not put Dejuan any where near the crimes. The Donaldson family has been harassed, called racial slurs, arrested, followed, and threatend. There is circumstantial evidence that proves Dejuan Donaldson is innocent,But it wasn't allowed as evedence in his trial, his attorney was not allowed to cross examine the victim in his case, Why is that??
