We, the citizens of the State of Utah, are petitioning Liberty Academy and its responsible parties to provide ARMED and TRAINED personnel in that school for the protection of our children and other staff members.

Given the recent school shooting in Connecticut and other tragic examples of school shootings by mentally disturbed and/or individuals bent on destroying lives, it has become necessary for this measure to be taken.

Children are the most vulnerable and precious members of our society and must be protected from harm.  The slaughtering of innocent and defenseless children must stop!
