This is terrifying. My parents worked their whole lives for their independence and no court should be able to just take that away without a real fight.
Ridiculous. Stop trying to control seniors and disabled folks. We still have rights!
what happens to our due process rights then? seems like they are trying to slip this in without anyone noticing what it really means for us.
Total garbage bill. Fix the problems we already have before creating new ways to hurt honest citizens.
Do not pass this junk. We have enough trouble with the probate courts as it is without giving them even more power to strip people of their liberty.

KEEP THE GOVT OUT OF OUR LIVES. THIS IS CLEARLY AN OVERREACH AND WE DONT NEED IT.
