I. Allow anyone over the age of 21 to legally possess two ounces of smoke-able marijuana and/or marijuana concentrate.
II. Allow anyone over the age of 21 to legally grow three marijuana plants.
III. Allow marijuana to be used wherever tobacco use is permitted.
IV. Anyone who possesses between 2 and 12 ounces commits a class 2 petty offense and is punished by a fine of no more than $100.
V. Anyone who possesses over 12 ounces commits a class 1 misdemeanor.
Marijuana is a hamless natural substance that has proven medical benefits many people do not realize. It is already decriminalized in Denver County, but not the rest of Colorado. Marijuana is already prescribed to over 4,819 in Colorado; but what about the rest of the people who can't afford a doctor to sign medical papers
