We - the undersigned demand that the Government insist that councils provide DECENT homes for people who happen to have disabilities. This especially relates to people who are wheelchair users who require FAMILY SIZED homes. ALL Disabled People have a right, under the Human Rights Act, to "found a family" and "live independently", yet NO council currently provides enough decent homes with wheelchair access. This is discrimination.
