Comments: The decision to not use IE/HTML Outlook 2007 set the design industry back 5 years. This is not what I expect from Microsoft.

Comments: its a disaster for emailmarketing, please "think" forward ! for micorsoft: think more about: how can we secure things with the funcitonality we now have. Its the duty for microsoft to stop the spammers and virus criminals. Not to stop the whole marketing and design community! its a shame ! Please mister Gates listen more to the people and design community.

Comments: I would like to see the old outlook back to outlook 2007. It is so much pain to click on the link and then open internet explorer. It is pain in the neck to do "click" then "click" then "click" I rather to click once for all. You have no RIGHTS TO remove HTML from Outlook 2007. And also whats more is that no support for no infobar banner in my outlook 2007. I want my infobar banner back just the way outlook 2003 was. You have no RIGHT to remove everything from outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.

Comments: Thanks, Microsoft. We spend about as much on MS Office 2007 as we do on the computers it runs on. Outlook 2007 runs dog slow, and now our users are complaining about crappy-looking messages. And that's just Outlook. OpenOffice and Thunderbird are looking more attractive all the time....

Comments: I have Office 2003 and was going to upgrade because of Outlook (I use it sooooo much more than Word, Excel, or Powerpoint.) No way I'll upgrade now, however. Maybe Microsoft will fix these issues with HTML emails breaking in Outlook 2007.

Comments: I am very disappointed with this decision to use the Word engine for html emails in Outlook. I am not a Microsoft basher, have even stood up for them to those that are, but i cannot defend them on this one. I am going to have start looking at the alternatives (Apple comes to mind). Shame on you, Microsoft.
