Bill to lift the debt ceiling of the Government of the United States and to approve the Reid Debt Plan of the Senate Democrats unveiled on July 25, 2011

Petition to President Barack Obama, to the United States Senate and to the United States House of Representatives:

WHEREAS the debt of the Government of the United States has reached about the Government $14.3 trillion debt limit, recorded deficits since 2001 to meet Government requirements, and realized surplus of many billions of dollars up to year 2000; and

WHEREAS the Government of the United States must not cut Medicare, Health, Education and Social programs. On the other hand, the Government do not tax enough the rich Americans and large corporations and tax too much the middle class citizens.

I/We the undersigned petition the Government of the United States to approve before July 31, 2011 the Senate Democratic plan to lift the debt ceiling above the $14.3 trillion debt limit unveiled on July 25, 2011 including a $2.7 trillion spending-cut plan that includes large savings from domestic and defense programs considering that the Democrats and Republicans have already agreed to a $1.2 trillion spending-cut plan.
