Wher as President Barack Hussein Obama has stated that he will not negotiate on the debt limit; And whereas we agree that there should be no negotiation on the debt limit; We the undersigned undersigned petition Speaker Boehner to inform that the United States House will not agree to any raise in debt limit and further that the President immediately formulate a plan to whereby United States debt will not exceed the current debt
