It has come to my knowledge that Idaho doesn't have a law against texting while driving. I recently have done a speech on the effects this epidemic is having on our roads, and the many lives it is impacting. For that I would like to start this petition sooner than later. For the past four years this "topic" has fallen on deaf ears in the Idaho's legislation. I hope and pray that the good state of Idaho that I pay my taxs to, will continue to do all it can by keeping not just myself, but the thousands of people on our roads safe! It is time that we all stop ignoring the facts and take action to change our roads.
