Dead beat parents are the cause of many woman or men recieving public benefits at the cost of our tax dollar since the other creator of the child does not want to support their offspring. Leaving us to clean up their mess and support their kids. A dead beat parents could use someone as a sex object, accidentally get them pregnant, than when it is time for them to hold up their responsibility, they run. Either because they just don't want to support another person or they are married and either they don't want their wife to find out or their wife won't let them have anything to do that with that child. It is unfair to the hard working people to support these children that their own parents should support. That is why they should have to register like sex offenders (to keep other people from making the same mistake with that person) Make them get fixed so they can't do it again and prison time for the non supporters.
