Offer real customer support and stop beta testing on live servers

Dear Turbine, This is a petition undersigned by your paying costumers (i.e., players) to stop beta testing on the live servers. In the last DDO game update (update 16) many obvious and severe graphical and interface bugs were introduced that immediately and negatively impacted player experience across the board, from very new players to the most diehard veterans. It is clear to us players that, assuming there was any systematic quality assurance, it was completely ignored in favor of expediency. In addition to graphical and interface bugs, several game breaking bugs were introduced that prevented quests from being completed, which all to frequently wasted hours of players' times with no hope of in game progress. While we don't expect each update to be bug free, we request that game breaking bugs be fixed in a timely manner. Alternatively, in the case that such bugs cannot be easily fixed due to technical reasons, we request that these bugs at least be publicly addressed and mitigated by, for example, giving players additional uses of the /stuck function per day. Furthermore, we expect GMs to be better staffed so that they can be more responsive and be given more power to assuage these issues which players now encounter much more frequently. It is unacceptable to have to wait 30 minutes or more for a GM to respond only to be told that they can do nothing to remedy the situation caused by a game breaking bug. 11/23/2012
