    Comments: Shame on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. I hope they do the right thing...this time. After reversing their descision when faced by a bully last time, I sure hope they're able to enforce their own rules regarding the bully's tacky and utterly obnoxious signage which, incidentally, I have to drive by every night on the way home. Does everybody know the bully failed their plumbing and electrical inspections
